Lydia Garcia 

Assistant Director of Operations 

I’ve been with WHLC since 2013, starting as a part-time employee and working my way through various roles, including teaching and aftercare, before settling into my current role as Office Manager and Assistant Director of Operations. I am passionate about managing and maintaining student records and ensuring that all processes are up-to-date and accurate. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on integrity and the importance of clear, organized documentation to support the staff and students.


I’m inspired by the values of WHLC and joined because it provided not only a great education but also a place where my children could grow spiritually. My personal mission is to see students succeed both in their careers and in their faith. Outside of work, I enjoy a little fun and “boogie” to keep things light. I’m grateful to work in a place where I can meet wonderful people and contribute to students’ growth, both academically and spiritually.
