Gabby Padilla 

Assistant Director of Quality Management 

I’ve been part of the WHLC community since 2014, starting as a floater and working my way through teaching roles with children ages two to five before stepping into my current position as Assistant Director of Quality Management in 2023. In my role, I focus on streamlining processes, supporting teachers in classroom techniques and management, and building a strong staff culture. I’m passionate about helping students and staff grow, and nothing brings me more joy than seeing others achieve their goals and learn new skills.

As a former WHLC student, I know firsthand the impact this school can have, and it’s an honor to be part of that legacy for the next generation. With a background in early childhood education, children’s ministry, and leadership, my personal mission is to serve our community by teaching the gospel and equipping the next generation. Outside of work, I’m a proud new mom who treasures the opportunity to help shape the lives of children and families in our community.
